My classes blend mindful movement, gentle strength, and calm awareness. Whether we’re meeting in the studio, online, or outdoors, I aim to create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported.

My Philosophy

Conditioning the body to strengthen the mind

Yoga, to me, is about creating space — in the body, in the breath, and in life.
I believe movement can be gentle and powerful at the same time, and that everyone deserves a practice that meets them exactly where they are.

In my classes, I focus on awareness, ease, and connection rather than perfection. Whether we’re practicing in a studio, on Zoom, or by the water, my goal is to help you feel more present, calm, and at home within yourself
