Yoga with Lilli
Yoga with me is about showing up for yourself, moving in a way that feels good, and noticing the small shifts in your body and mind. It’s less about perfect postures and more about presence, ease, and leaving each session feeling a little lighter than when you arrived. Every practice is an invitation to reconnect, carry that calm into your day, and share it with the world.

Lilli is a joy! She visits our home once a week to lead our autistic daughter through a Yoga session. Lilli teaches her deep breathing exercises, stretching and yoga positions. This helps our daughter relax and shed stress. Lilli is SO POSITIVE AND CHEERFUL—just a delight to/ be around. She demonstrates and then gently coaches with patience and kindness. Lilli comes well-equipped, on time and she is reliable. We are so grateful Lilli is a part of our lives. She is a gift!
